A Week of Home Economics
We spent the week of April 1-5, 2019 focusing on Home Economics.
Aidan had started his own 3-ring binder cookbook last year, but had not added anything to it this year, until now, since he had been doing daily lessons in his Spelling*U*See book (which he has now completed).
For this week, he cooked one item for us each afternoon and then wrote out the recipe the following day.
We also watched several "Life Skills" videos, including "How to Appliqué with Fusible Adhesive", since we began work on a teacup quilt that will be part of a charity group project.
